Lunch menus start at €25 per person and should be ordered at least 72 hours before sailing. A €100 deposit secures the date.

Evening Charter
Dinner at sea,
under the stars.
We set sail at 7pm as the light changes over the limestone. Book the evening as a sunset sail for up to 12 guests, or add dinner at sea for up to 6: a welcome glass of Prosecco, a three-course menu and a bottle of red or white wine, served at anchor in a quiet bay.

ACE is 54 feet of quietly exceptional sailing. Immaculate teak decks, a spacious cockpit, comfortable cabins. She has carried guests to the Blue Lagoon at first light, anchored in silence off the cliffs of Gozo, and served three-course dinners beneath a sky full of stars.

Peter has been sailing the Maltese islands for more than 35 years. He knows the channels, the shifting winds, the bays that stay quiet when others fill with noise. He will tell you the history of a limestone cliff, recommend the restaurant only locals know, and have the sails up before you've finished your first coffee.
His background in international hotel management means he approaches every charter with quiet precision. Nothing announced. Everything taken care of.

Valletta from the water is an entirely different city. The ancient fortifications rise directly from the sea, honey-coloured in morning light. Only from a sailing yacht do you understand the scale of it.
Comino
The Blue Lagoon
Comino has no cars, no hotels, no noise. Just limestone, light, and water so clear it registers as impossible. Peter knows when to arrive before the crowds, and where the quieter cove is, just around the headland.
Gozo
A Different Pace
Malta's quieter sister island. Tall cliffs, open valleys, fishing villages that haven't changed in a generation. The sail north from Ta' Xbiex is part of the day, and the difference in atmosphere is immeasurable.
