• How do I book a charter? Book directly through our website. No upfront payment is required; secure your booking with a €100 deposit within 24 hours via Revolut or PayPal.

• How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season (May 1st to September 30th), to ensure availability.

• Can I book multiple yachts for larger groups? Yes, contact us for special arrangements.

Charter Types and Inclusions

• What types of charters do you offer? We offer Day, Evening, and Overnight Charters, each with unique features and inclusions.

• What is included in the Day Charter? Includes an experienced skipper, unlimited refreshments, pre and post-cruise cleaning, fuel, and all taxes.

• What's special about the Evening Charter? It's a romantic experience with a three-course dinner and a bottle of wine, ideal for proposals, anniversaries, and date nights.

• What amenities are provided during the Overnight Charter? Guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms, fresh linen, pillows, and amenities.

Capacity and Duration

• Is there a maximum number of guests allowed? Day Charters: up to 12 guests; Evening Charters: 2-6 guests; Overnight Charters: 6-8 guests.

• How long can I book an Overnight Charter for? Multiple days and nights, depending on availability.

• How long does the trip take? Day Charters last approximately 8 hours, from 10am to 6pm. Evening and Overnight Charters have different durations.

Payments and Cancellations

• How do I make a payment? A €100 deposit within 24 hours of reservation; The balance settled on board on the day of your charter. Payments on the day may be made by Cash, Cheque, Revolut or Paypal.

• What is your cancellation policy? Fully refundable if canceled up to one week before the charter date. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice will lose the deposit.

• Are there any additional fees not included in the charter price? The price includes essentials; optional extras like a three-course lunch are additional.

Safety and Precautions

• What safety measures are in place on the yacht? Equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and other safety equipment. Skippers are trained in safety procedures.

• Do I need to know how to swim? Not required. Life jackets and safety gear are provided.

Amenities and Facilities

• Are there any water sports equipment available? Complimentary use of paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling equipment during Day Charters.

• What are your facilities on board? Comfortable seating areas, sun decks, restrooms, kitchenette, and water sports equipment.

Food and Beverages

• Can I bring my own food and drinks? Yes, you're welcome to bring your own. We also offer a three-course lunch option.

• Do you offer vegetarian or vegan meal options? Yes, we accommodate various dietary requirements.

• Are drinks included? Unlimited refreshments provided. Guests can bring their own alcoholic beverages.

Special Requests and Customization

• Can I customize my itinerary? Yes, skippers are flexible and can adjust based on preferences and weather conditions.

• Do you accommodate special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries? Yes, we can make special arrangements. Please inform us in advance.

Onboard Experience

• Is there a dress code for the yacht? No specific dress code; comfortable and casual attire recommended.

• Can I play my own music on the yacht? Yes, our yachts have sound systems for your music.

Weather and Seasonality

• What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my charter? We offer an alternative date or a full refund of your deposit.

• Is there a peak season for bookings? Peak season is from May 1st to September 30th. Demand for weekends is generally higher.

• Can I bring pets onboard? Generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made. Contact us for more information.
